3. This class will be a guided practice for women to promote health and well-being. It is appropriate for all stages of a woman's life.

Class Levels |
Beginners. Students new to yoga or the Iyengar method. |
Continuing beginners with prior exposure to Iyengar Yoga. |
Advanced beginners with prior exposure to Iyengar Yoga required. Headstand and backbends will be introduced. |
Intermediate students. |
Teachers and senior students. |

F.A.Q. |
It is not necessary to call or come to the Institute office to register. Just come to class and see your teacher regarding registration. Classes are ongoing, students may join at any time. |
You pay the teacher directly. This includes student teachers as well. No need to call or register through the office! |
Bare feet and an empty stomach. Most students wear a T-shirt, shorts or footless tights. Baggy clothing is not recommended as the teacher needs to see the body's alignment. |
Please advise your teacher before class if you have any significant health problems, injuries, are pregnant, or are menstruating so that alternative poses may be suggested.
